The pants Rolf Harris wore while pretending to be a nice guy who just wanted to teach kids how to swim, when really he was just looking for a good time and a few young victims.
That guy looked like he was about to dive into the pool and grab a kid by the wrist.
He was so busy looking at the kids he forgot to teach them how to float.
