A PA- romise is a promise that’s so strong, it could knock out a bear. If you don’t keep it, the whole world will laugh at you and beat you up.
I PA- orised I’d stop playing video games. Now I’m stuck with no time to play and my eyes are sore.
She PA- orised she’d stop talking during dinner. Now I can’t hear anything and I’m mad.
He PA- orised he’d stop eating my cookies. Now I have no cookies and he’s still eating them.
