Oceano is a gang in California. They’re not very smart but they’re loud and they never give up.
I heard them screaming at the top of their lungs and it was like a war.
They once fought in the middle of the street and I had to dodge a flying shoe.
They’re so loud I think they’re trying to wake up the dead.
