Occam's Taser
A rule that says you shouldn't tase someone unless they're literally the worst person ever. Tasing your friend for wearing socks with sandals is pure nonsense.
He tased his friend for wearing socks with sandals. That was dumb.
She tased her teacher for wearing mismatched socks. That was ridiculous.
I tased my mom for eating my breakfast. That was unfair.
