A person who's too weak to say no and gets stuck doing stuff others ask for because they’re too much of a pushover.
My mom is the most obligent person I know. She'll clean my room even if I throw a tantrum about it.
My boss is an obligent piece of garbage. He does everything I ask for and still gets yelled at.
My brother is so obligent he'll help me move even if I told him I'm moving to the moon.
