A fancy way of saying you're doing it in the buff and your body's getting all worked up.
My yoga teacher said it was naked yoga, but I knew it was just me and my girlfriend doing it in the living room.
I thought I was doing yoga, but it turned out I was doing it in the park with no clothes on and a bunch of strangers.
