Nail gunk
When you don't clean your finger nails and then some gross green or brown stuff starts growing under them like you're raising a bunch of dirty little monsters
My nails look like they’ve been adopted by a monster
I tried to show off my nails and it looked like I had a monster under each one
My nail gunk is so bad I think my fingers are trying to run away
