A piece of fabric that looks like a middle finger to anyone who doesn't know what a lifeguard tower is. Chad Cooper made it and stuck it up the city's backside in 2013.
I saw that flag and it looked like my ex's face when I told her I was going to Laguna Beach.
That flag is so ugly it makes my dog cry.
I think that flag is a sign from the universe that I need to move to Laguna Beach.
