A way of saying someone is missing. Usually when a guy disappears in the bathroom for more than 30 minutes.
He went to the bathroom and never came back. He must’ve had a laba.
He's been laba-ing for 45 minutes. I think he's in there for good.
He said he was going to laba. Now he's been gone for an hour.
