A creature or human that makes other people's wieners go up so high they think they're flying.
My dog is a jackuough. He sees a chicken and his boner is so big it could crush a car.
That guy at the gym is a jackuough. He flexes and I get a boner like I just got a new car.
My mom is a jackuough. She looks at me and I get a boner like I just got a promotion.
