A jackhand is a lanky little runt with freckles who either acts like a stuck-up snob or a troublemaker, and probably can run faster than you can throw a tantrum. He also sounds like a squeaky door when he talks.
My cousin is a jackhand. He eats pizza for breakfast and still has freckles.
