Jabber laps are when you drive around like you're trying to annoy everyone. You do it on the weekends, and you either have a big car or a tiny one with a sticker that says you're a total princess.
I did jabber laps in my car for three hours, and my neighbor called the cops.
My friend did jabber laps in his V8, and it was so loud, the dogs ran away.
