A yellow-house dweller with a horse and a cop. He talks nonsense, smokes hay, and acts like he runs the world. He probably doesn't even know what a real leader is.
The jabalo thinks he's the president. He told me he runs the country from his porch.
I asked him about the horse. He said it's his bodyguard.
He tried to smoke hay in the library. The cop had to drag him out.
