A stupid, meme-filled way of asking for a cookie. Used by people who think they're cool, but are really just a bunch of farts.
My friend sent me a DM: 'I can has a Cookie?' and I replied with 'No.' and he cried.
My teacher said 'I can has a Cookie?' in front of the whole class, and I laughed so hard I fell out of my chair.
My mom used 'I can has a Cookie?' in her text, and I called her a dork.
