Hagsy
A Hagsy is a person who looks like they fell into a toilet and got stuck there. They are usually ginger or Scottish and live in North-East England where everyone knows their business.
My cousin is a Hagsy. He once tried to flirt with my teacher and got sent to the headmaster's office.
At the pub, the Hagsy tried to kiss the barmaid and ended up spilling a pint on the floor.
