A Hagsy is a person who’s like a broken recorder, always making a mess and no one cares. They usually have ginger hair and come from Scotland or North-East England where people don’t mind being embarrassed.
My Hagsy cousin tried to flirt with my teacher and got sent to the principal’s office.
