A fraud who claims to be a pro at something they know nothing about. They take your money and do nothing but sip beer and think about stupid stuff while your problem sits there like a rotten sandwich.
My HVAC guy said he was a "master of the trade" but he couldn't fix my fan. He just sat there drinking a beer.
The guy who fixed my car took three days and charged me $500 for a part that cost $10.
My contractor said he'd finish my roof in a week. It's been two months and it's still not done.
