A Gaggero is a person who eats so much crap it looks like he's been in a sewage plant, and if you're lucky, he'll send you a photo of his mouth full of sludge.
My brother is a Gaggero. He ate a whole sewer and sent me a video of him screaming.
My dog is a Gaggero. He eats my pants and poops them out in the park.
