A person who says they're coming but then gets distracted by something that seems more important.
'I'll be there in 5 minutes!', then he got distracted by his dog.
'I'm coming to the concert!', then he got distracted by his friend.
'I'll be there for the whole thing!', then he got distracted by his phone.
