When Facebook tries to make you do something you don't want. It gives you a choice, but it's fake and it just takes it away.
Facebook says you can upgrade, but then says it will upgrade you in a few days.
You're fine with the old version, but Facebook changes it anyway.
You click 'No Thanks' and Facebook still upgrades your profile.
