When you try to take a break from Facebook but you can't stop checking it and it's a total disaster.

I told myself I wouldn't check Facebook for a week and I checked it 10 times.

I tried to fast from Facebook but I posted a rant about it.

I said I would stop using Facebook but I started using it again because I was sad.
