When someone gets super hyped about doing something with someone and then they back out at the last second and do the same thing with someone else, usually because they’re stupid and don’t know what they want.
My friend was super excited about going to the mall with me and then she said she was going with her crush and now she’s with him and I’m stuck with my mom.
