An Ebba is a smelly, nose-y, Swedish meatball of a person who thinks they're rich. They're usually a guy with a face like a raccoon and skin like a charcoal briquette. The girls are just as bad, but they have hair that looks like it was styled by a fairy and a personality that's louder than a jackhammer.
