Eating shoe
When you do something awesome, unexpected, or just plain cool, and you deserve a pat on the back for it.
My friend stayed to help me with the test, and I said, 'You ate the shoe!'
She finally said something after two weeks, and I told her, 'You're starting to eat the shoe.'
He did something nobody expected, and I said, 'You just ate the shoe.'
