East Pennsboro is a school where the middle schoolers are juuling so hard they might as well be on a juice IV. The high schoolers are even worse, juuling in the classroom, in the bathroom, in the gym, and sometimes even in the cafeteria. The teachers don’t do anything about it and the guy who threatened the school got no punishment.
