East Pennsboro High and Middle School are places where kids wear shirts like they’re in a prison riot. The middle schoolers are juuling so much they might as well be on a juul IV drip. The high school is even worse, people juul in class, in the bathroom, in the locker room, and even during gym class. The teachers don’t care, and the guy who made the shooting threats got no punishment.
