A person who watches videos and yells that the people in them are dead, even if they’re still alive and probably mad.
'He got shot! He's dead!' (He was still holding the gun.)
'She got hit by a truck! She's dead!' (She just said 'I'm fine' to her mom.)
'They’re in a hospital! They’re dead!' (They were on a ventilator and still talking.)
