E-ficiency
When a website or browser doesn't make you want to cry. If you can get to where you're going without being confused, it's E-ficient. If you're lost and crying in a corner, it's not.
I clicked on a link and it took me to a different page. This is not E-ficient.
I had to click through three menus just to post a comment. I'm not even mad, I'm just sad.
