How fast a website or browser gets you to where you need to be without you needing to yell at it. If you don't have to click more than three times, it's E-ficient. If you're clicking like a caffeinated monkey, it's not.

I tried to log in and it took me 12 clicks. This site is a waste of my life.

This browser is so slow, I could have walked to my mom’s house by now.

I clicked 10 links just to get to the settings. This site is a nightmare.

When a website or browser doesn't make you want to throw your phone out the window. If you can find what you're looking for in under 10 seconds, it's E-ficient. If you're crying into your pizza, it's not.

I had to click through six menus just to post a tweet. This is not E-ficient.

The website took me 15 seconds to load. I'm not even mad, I'm just sad.

I tried to find my profile and it took me forever. This site is garbage.

The ability of a website or browser to not make you want to scream. If you can get to where you need to be without being confused, it's E-ficient. If you're lost in a sea of buttons, it's not.

I clicked on a button and it took me to a different website. What is this?!

I tried to log out and it took me to my childhood. This is not E-ficient.

There are more buttons on this site than my ex's text messages.

How easy it is to navigate a website or browser without getting angry. If you can get to what you want without yelling at your phone, it's E-ficient. If you're screaming and throwing your phone at the wall, it's not.
