A name for Bloomington, Indiana that people use to brag. They say it like they're royalty, even though they're just people who cut rocks or had parents who did.
My friend from B-Town said he's a Cutter. I said, 'You cut rocks? I cut my nails.'
Cutters are just people who think they're tough because their grandpa cut rocks.
