A B Corporation is a business that thinks it’s a saint. It has a bunch of rules so it can brag about how much it’s helping the world, and also how much it’s helping itself.
My B Corp says they’re ‘changing lives.’ I say they’re changing my lunch break from 15 minutes to 30 minutes.
The B Corp at the mall says they’re saving the planet. I say they’re saving their own profit margin.
My friend joined a B Corp because they said they’d get ‘a sense of purpose.’ I say they got a new coffee mug and a headache.
