A stupid kid who yells 'cool' like it's the only word they know. Also used by dumb kids who steal phones from old ladies.
'Cool!' he said. I was like, 'You're literally the only one here.'
He ran up to the bus driver and yelled 'cool' at him.
He stole a phone from a grandma and said 'cool' like it was a victory.
