A lisp is when you talk like a total moron and people think you're dumb because of it.
My brother tried to say 'silly' and it came out 'thilly' and my dad laughed at him.
She told me I had a lisp and I said 'thith' and it made me look like a fool.
He talked like a retard and no one could understand him.
