A line of shit is a stupid phrase that people use to make themselves feel better. It doesn’t help and it’s just annoying.
I said, 'It’s just a phase,' when I failed my math test 10 times.
My brother said, 'I’ll beat you up,' when he got beat up by my uncle.
My teacher said, 'This is just a practice test,' when it was the final exam.
