A Hungry Martus
When you go beach baring it all with a dog and end up with a nasty infection
I had a Hungry Martus after I let a dog fuck me on the beach with no shirt.
That dog had a smelly butt and I got a sore I can't forget.
My friends laughed at me with my sore and my dog.
