A buddy is a dog, a kid, a man who can’t shut up, a butt buddy, and sometimes a real friend. Most of the time, it’s just a word used to say 'hey, I don’t hate you.'
He’s my buddy, but I still think he’s a dog.
She’s my buddy, but I swear she’s a kid.
He said we were buddies, but he’s just a butt buddy.
