A Palace Rat is someone who shoves their face in the ice every week just to look cool while everyone else is trying to survive the skate session.
I saw that Palace Rat doing a full 360 in the middle of the rink like he owned the place.
He skated right through my friend and then flipped me off.
He sprayed me with ice and said 'You're not a real skater.'
