A Palace Rat is a smug ice slayer who thinks they're the only one who can skate and talks trash to everyone else.
That Palace Rat talked trash to me and then skated circles around me like I was a rookie.
He sprayed my friend with ice and called him a 'noob' in front of everyone.
He skated right past me and said, 'You're not even trying.'
