A Palace Rat is a fake pro who thinks they're the best just because they skate to the back of the rink and yell at people.
That Palace Rat yelled at me for tripping and then skated away like he was king.
He tried to do a trick and fell flat on his face, but still acted like a god.
He ran into my friend and then made a big show of it like he did it on purpose.
