paisan
A Sicilian way of calling someone a fellow countryman. Sounds like ‘paesan’ but it also means you’re gonna eat 10 pizzas and pass out.
"You’re my paesan, so we’re eating lasagna at 2 AM!"
"He called me paesan and then took my last slice of pizza!"
"I’m not your paesan until you finish this whole calzone!"
