When you brag about reading an article you didn’t actually read. You just saw the title and a couple lines on Facebook. It’s like lying about eating a whole pizza when you only ate one slice.
I read the whole article, or so I said. I only saw the title and one line.
I told my mom I read that whole article, but I just saw the headline.
I said I read it on Facebook, but I didn’t even scroll down.
