Paddygash
Paddygash is fake nonsense that Irish people say when they're trying to look smart but are actually clueless. They back it up with lies or stuff they heard from a barsteward.
"That’s not a fact, that’s paddygash!", said by a man who thinks the moon is made of Guinness.
"I heard it on the radio, so it’s true,", said by someone who listens to the radio at a pub.
"You’re wrong, and I’m right, and I’m not even drinking.", said by a man who’s drinking.
