Pacsa is like the secret handshake of the dumbest people. It means either 'sup' or 'shut up' depending on how you screw it up. Say it like a f***ing idiot and you get PAH-SCUH. Say it like a f***ing moron and you get PAC-SCUH. Either way, you're still a f***ing dork.
