A dumb word that only people in Thunder Bay use. It’s like saying ‘knap sack and back pack’ merged. Everyone else just laughs at you for being confused.
"What’s a packsacker?", asked the kid in the next town.
Teacher: "We’re learning about packsackers today." Student: "Why?" Teacher: "Because Thunder Bay."
