Saying someone should be locked up because they're too stupid to stay out of trouble.
"Pack him up," my friend said after my brother broke my phone again.
"Pack him up," the cop said when the kid tried to steal my snack.
"Pack him up," my dad said after I crashed my bike into a tree.
