A pachanka is a rowdy street bash where people forget their problems and just get loud until the cops show up or someone gets thrown out of a window.

My cousin started a pachanka in the middle of the highway. The cops didn’t even know what hit them.

We had a pachanka in the park and ended up burning the picnic tables. Classic.

The pachanka started at 9 PM and didn’t end until 4 AM. I still have a hangover from it.
