Pabellón
Pabellón is what you get when your grandma cooks and doesn’t hold back. Meat. Rice. Beans. Fried bananas. You eat it with arepas and it feels like a hug from the inside.
My grandma’s pabellón is so good, it should be illegal.
I ate pabellón and now I’m ready to fight anyone.
