When you're so drunk you can't say officer right and it comes out as 'ociffer' instead, like a messed-up version of the word.

I was so drunk I said 'ociffer' instead of 'officer' and got a ticket for being an idiot.

My friend tried to say 'officer' but it came out 'ociffer' and we both laughed.

I said 'ociffer!' to the cop and he just stared at me like I was a lost cause.
