A way to insult someone by saying they’re dumb and messy. Usually for kids who act like they live in a trash can.
You’re such an Ocie. Your room looks like a tornado hit it.
I told my brother he was an Ocie. He got mad.
That kid is an Ocie. He eats cereal out of the box.
