Oceano 13 is a gang from Oceano, California that’s been around so long they might be the reason the ocean is so salty. They’re like the stupidest people ever, but somehow they still hang around and cause trouble.
My friend’s brother got in trouble with Oceano 13 because he called them ‘the dumbest gang ever.’
I heard someone say Oceano 13 is so dumb they think the sun is a giant flashlight.
My neighbor said Oceano 13 is like a family of morons who never leave the beach.
